To remove stains, just rub the stain with a wet bar of Fels-Naptha and let it sit a few minutes before washing; to use as a laundry booster, grate a 1/4 cup of the soap and add it with your regular laundry detergent. To make your own laundry detergent, mix together 1 cup of washing soda, 1 cup Borax, and 1 grated Fels Naptha Bar; use 2 Tbs. per average-size load.
