The reverse features Una dressed in an elegant gown with a flowered garland upon her head and an ornately decorated spear in her hand. Her lion companion stands protectively at her side, with its mouth opened in a menacing roar. The image is framed by a delicate filigree border containing the inscriptions "UNA AND THE LION" and "2020," with the "EIC" Mint mark.
Sculptor Jody Clark's right facing portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is centered on the obverse. Inscriptions include "ELIZABETH II," "D.G. REGINA F.D.," "ST. HELENA" and "1 POUND."
