I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY and the FSDA The lots you see on my eBay are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake.
