    Description

    Antique flat clothes brush or grooming brush. Leather covered handle. Bristles are intact and appear to be a bleached animal type of bristle. No maker's mark. Nail is an odd shape and may be is a decorative nail. Appears to be cotton string attached to the nail for hanging. 7" long handle, 2 3/4" top of handle to the bottom of the bristles, and handle is about 3/8" thick. From an estate. No information available. It appears to be have been made prior to the 1950s and is probably much earlier.
