antique refurbished Bible box ***BEAUTIFUL***

Description

This is a very beautiful antique Bible box that was cosmetically refurbished.  Outer dimensions are 12 1/4" wide X 9 1/4" tall and 1 7/8" thick.  Large portion of inner compartment measures 10 1/2" wide X 11 5/8" tall and 4 1/2" thick, wood walls are 3/8" thick so you can deduct that to get the inner dimensions.  It required a minor repair then cosmetically brought back to life with a new finish on the wood and a new felt liner.  I wanted to preserve the brass mounts on the inner lid (don't know what they're for) so the wood wad clear coated and two authentic illustrations from a 1880's era Bible (beyond restoration) were laminated then adhered.  Top illustration is "The Resurrection" and the bottom one is "John's View of the New Jerusalem".  Buyer pays .00 shipping to lower 48 states
