check this out, never seen one like it, like it is a coat of arms badge maybe off a hat or jacket, looks to be stamped brass , not sure though
has the number 70 with the kings crown and a ax and shovel
no makers mark on it
there is a leather strap on it so previous owner wore it around his neck or hung it
