    Description

    powers up as shown and responds to inputs from our signal generator. has fairly severe hum on the voltage monitor output as shown and signal is relatively small, not sure if this unit needs repair or if we're doing something wrong. not tested further, not tested with a load.
    sold as is, may need repair and maintenance before use.
