    OUR STANDARD PRACTICES
    All visible item defects &/or flaws will be represented in the listing & in the photos. (We apologize if something is missed, we’re only human)
    All “Pre-Owned/Used” & “Vintage” items are lightly cleaned. Most of these items will have some wear & may not be in perfect condition.
    We’re a small operation & it is not cost effective for us to offer a return policy. Therefore, all items are sold “AS-IS” & All sales are final - No Returns or Refunds.  (please research product details, read the entire listing description, look at all the photos & ask any questions before purchasing)
    OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES
    We take pride in packaging our items carefully to help preserve their condition.  All shipments are packaged with extra care to help ensure nothing will break.
    To help ensure your order arrives as soon as possible, we usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
    We ship most items via USPS First Class, Priority or Media mail. We may also use UPS, Fed Ex or another 3rd Party Shipping Provider for larger/heavier items.
    In an effort to support sustainability & to keep our costs down, we sometimes use recycled shipping products. Our recycled shipping products are clean & do not compromise the shipping integrity.
    Shipping addresses cannot be changed after payment is made, so please make sure that all of your information is correct before submitting payment.
    At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 U.S. states - we do not ship internationally.
    Shipping times will vary based your location & the shipping carrier. A Tracking number will be provided, if applicable. We cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered by the date given by the carrier, as there may be shipping delays caused by the carrier. We are not responsible for any packages after the tracking shows “delivered”.
