Original Universal Pictures One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Alan Rafkin comedy, THE GHOST AND MR. CHICKEN (1966) starring Don Knotts, Joan Stanley, and Liam Redmond. Knotts plays an aspiring newspaper reporter who gets his big break when his editor asks him to spend the night in a mansion that was the site of a famous murder-suicide twenty years before. The film inspired a short-lived craze of yelling out "Attaboy" in all kinds of situations and was based on a running gag used throughout the film. This original one sheet poster is folded, theater-used, and is in very good plus to fine condition. This example is the last unbacked example that we have in our present stock. At the bottom border area there is a small chip that is missing. We have one other example of the one-sheet at the present time and it is linen-backed.
