Description
The 1960 Lincoln Continental was the heaviest car ever made. Here is its equivalent in copper coins. You will not find a bigger, more monumental circulation coin anywhere – 2 solid ounces of copper! The idea was for these to contain their actual metal value, since in 1797 an ounce of copper was worth 1 penny. This particular example has far fewer dings and dents, and smoother nicer surfaces than is typical – an undoubtedly premium quality specimen for the grade.About World Coins R Us
