special hand painted shallow serving plate from Hungary
made by Herend in the Golden Edge pattern from 1985
white ground w/ gold trim & gold inner band
basket weave & fluted edge design
measures about 3 1/4" at the base , 12 1/2" across the top &  about 1 1/4" high
marked on the base "Herend Feher" w/ logo
Excellent aged condition.
do not think this was ever used
