This lot
belonged to Rev. Moeller, who was the
founder and pastor
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer (a.k.a. Redeemer Lutheran Church) in Philadelphia from 1928 forward, including through World War II.  Moeller graduated from the renowned Lutheran "Concordia Theological Seminary" in 1927, and he had a personal interest in studying the great Lutheran commentaries, sermons, and other works in their original German.  (To my understanding, German was his second language, as evidenced by a few academic books within this lot, which were at the university level, intended to solidify the reader/student's grasp on classical German.)
The mini-library you are buying contains 31 books.  (See full list of titles below.) Three are in Latin, the rest in German.  Five of the books are personally inscribed with his name, "Theodor Moeller," and the rest are not.
You also have two different pieces of ephemera from his church: typical Sunday bulletins printed on a mimeograph.  One is from 1939, and the other (of which there are actually 3 copies) is from 1941.

Please be aware that
these books are being sold for their reading value, NOT because they are in pristine, collectible condition. (They aren't.)
Most of the books are showing typical age, since they are
chiefly from the 1800s
.  You will see fragile paper, some marks, inscribed names, dog-ears, some detached covers (actually a couple missing, I believe), and so forth.  At least two of the books have moisture damage (see final photo).
But everything is readable, and it's an amazing collection, and from a non-smoking environment, of course!
