with a black permanent marker, in-person by actor
John Travolta
on September 25, 2010 in Helsinki, Finland.

The DVD is coded for Region 2 (Europe) and uses the European PAL color system, so it may or may not play on (older) systems from other areas. In that event it's still probably possible to view it, e.g. on a computer.
The watermark is not on the actual item.
