Original 1967 release U.S. 3 Sheet film poster for "Operazione Paura", the 1966 Mario Bava Italian horror thriller (released in the U.S. in 1967 as "Kill Baby Kill" and in England as "Curse of the Dead") about a doctor who is called by a detective to a small village to perform an autopsy on a woman who has died under suspicious circumstances. Great, creepy artwork!
Size of the poster is approximately 41" x 81" inches and like most 3 Sheet posters, it was printed in two separate sections. Overall condition is very good/fine, folded as issued with some creases, small tears, minor cross-fold separation but overall nice shape.
