I have NO personal knowledge or history of this item. The unit powers on as pictured, but has a few noticeable issues. The remote in the compartment is physically damaged (see pictures). The knob that turns to extend the lens is somewhat faulty (you have to manually assist it in pulling out and pushing in, while turning). The remaining parts needed to fully test this item are NOT included so it hasn't been fully tested. Selling as-is, for parts. See pictures.
