Kodak Carousel Projector Auto-Focus 850 Parts/Repair

Description

Most of the parts appear (and smell!) new to me, except for the carrying case and its interior. I think Kodak stopped making this kind of product in 2004.
Basic machine: Slides don't advance, don't know why
Power cord: Works
Remote: Seem to work, but with the slides not advancing, I can't promise.
Lens, lamp, projection apparatus: I tested the lens on 4/27/21, works fine.
Top-loading slide dispenser (not currently pictured). Looks fine, but can't test due to condition of the carousel. Comes in its own little box with instructions.
Carrying case: Material is developing splits, needs repair. Shows other signs of age, see pics.
Manual: Very good condition
BTW there are kits for fixing the carousel won't advance problem.
