This listing is for a Vintage 1970's Koss T-1 Monitoring Adapter.
In excellent working prior to storage. Very good cosmetic condition.  Visible bubbles on the side with label are tape bubbles.
Excerpt from The Koss Catalog circa early 1970s:
The T-1 Monitoring Adapter is for monitoring tapes from high impedance sources such as tape recorders with preamps. Adapter contains matching transformers to match 600 to 10,000 ohm outputs down to 4 ohms.  2  1/4" output jacks for phones,  2 (RCA) jacks for inputs.
The T-1 was intended to be used with 4 ohm amplifier outputs, more common for the time (early 1970s) than the 8 ohms currently used.
