Anti-tuberculosis series telegram, type Nr.6:
Illustrated by artist Rihards Zariņš.
Used in year 1943 during German occupation of WWII in Latvia (Ostland).
No envelope along, therefor I do not know if it is "Luksus" or "Greznuma" telegram. (Specialists know exactly!).
