Condition: Bare frame with rear wheel bearings, spacer, oil seal, and front steering races. Frame has very light surface rust. Neck is straight. The fork stop is bent back. See picture #2. And there is damage in the rear on the ear where the rear grab bar left rear bolt attaches. See pictures. The damage is not noticeable when the fenders and grab bar are installed. There is a sticker on the frame that says it is a 1979 Model 2/78. February 1978 seems a little early for a 1979 model. The online vin lookup came back with a model year of 1978. I know - what's the difference. The ATC70 was the same both years. I saw this discrepancy once before on a different 1978 ATC70 that I had.

The part may fit other years/models than shown in the title but you need to do your own research before buying/bidding. I am showing the year and model of the vehicle that the part was install on when I received it. It could have possible been changed by a previous owner.
I am selling this part at a fraction of what a new part costs. But it is a used part. It will not be nice and bright and clean as a new one. It may show some normal signs of wear, weathering, scratches, chips, and rust. But as far as I know it is in good usable condition or I will list it as “broken, for parts only”. I will disclose any major defects that I see or will show the major defects in the photos. Sometimes the parts are cleaned and sometimes they are not. If cleanness of the parts is important to you, please ask if they have been cleaned. And please review pictures carefully and do not hesitate to ask any questions before bidding or purchasing. If you want additional pictures, I’ll be happy to send or post them.
It is recommended that you always use new gaskets, o-rings, seals, bearings. If we send the used ones, it is only so you will know what they look like - what to order.
Remember shipping and handling involves more cost than just the postage. There are the packaging materials, transportation cost, ebay fees, paypal fees, and time involved. Not to mention the cost and time to list the item or our cost for the item.
