    Lot of (9) Ancient Byzantine Scyphate AE Trachy, Circa 1200 A.D.
    We did not take the time to attribute these pieces, but they appear to be Constantinople Mint circa 1200 AD.  These are uncleaned coins that obviously came from a ground recovery.  The total lot weight of nine coins is 25.1 grams, for an average weight of 2.78 grams per scyphate / trachy.    The Lincoln cent in the main photo is for size reference only, and is not included with the lot.  This group of (9) coins will ship loose in a bag.
