If the item says that it has been Delivered, you will have to try and locate the package yourself. If the package has Signature Confirmation and has been marked as Delivered then it will be the responsibility of you "the customer" to try and locate the package.
Outgoing Shipping is Non-Refundable. However, we do pay for return shipping on returned products only.
