Mocks Queen Victoria's uncle, Duke Ernest of Cumberland,
sociably accompanied by a dragon, departing to Hanover as
Victoria's closest male relative because Salic Law barred her
from having the regal sovereignty over the state of Hanover.
During Victorian times the card game of whist was the major
pastime of the great majority of citizenry. With writing paper
in short supply, different game counters were always used in
place of paper for tracking score according to Hoyle format.
