You are bidding on a Brand New Idler Gear Plate for Bert Bellhousings (Bert Part #307).
Measures 7 1/4" long x 1 7/8" wide x 5 /16" thick.  Includes 2 bolts and washers.
Bert Transmissions & Bellhousings are primarily used in circle track race cars, including modifieds (IMCA, UMP, USMTS, etc.), late models, street stocks (depending on track rules), & many others.
