    Description

    For sale is a beautiful porcelain bird made in Germany in the 1930's.The figurine measures 7 1/2" high and is marked on the back  (as far as I can make out) 516/1.  These types of birds are called flower frogs due to the holes in the base the bird sits on.  The bird resembles a bluejay but it is in pink and gray colors.  The bird sits atop a bunch of grapes. There is wonderful attention to detail.  It is in near mint condition with no chips or cracks anywhere.  See photos for further details.
