Prinz Trumpf Halogen 6x6 Slide Projector
I have owned this Prinz Trumpf, medium-format slide projector for a number of years.  It is designed for two-and-a-quarter-inch slides (6x6).  This is a completely manual projector.  Every slide must be inserted in the carrier and removed.  It was made in West Germany, possibly in the early 1960s.  The construction is substantial; the unit is well made.
My unit is cosmetically very nice, clean, and fully functional.  It uses a 24-volt, 150-watt halogen lamp (see photos).  The lens is a Noristar 1:3.5/150.  It has two illumination settings:  one slightly less bright (black button) than the other (red button), as an energy-saving option.  It projects medium format slides beautifully.  It has a cooling fan.
A somewhat tattered instruction booklet in English in included (see photos).  There is a pinpoint slide plate that projects an image of the lamp filaments onto the lens cap (see photo).  This is used to adjust the direction of the lamp, although I never found this necessary.  My machine did not come with the common black case; it is housed in the original styrofoam packing case.  And that is the way it will be shipped.
If, like me, you have hundreds of medium format slides you took back in earlier days, you will definitely appreciate projecting them if you do not already own a medium-format projector.  This Prinz Trumpf does a very nice job.
