On the occasional instance if a buyer has an issue with broken zippers after purchase and use of the item this will not be grounds for return, defect claim etc .  Please understand that I am obviously not the manufacture of item and seller cannot know  how the pillow cover was used, rough use , using a pillow insert that was too large or overstuffed ,  excessive force inserting a pillow form, etc . Broken zippers will not be  ground for return or opening a defective item claim.
Some manufactures zipper opening are smaller than your pillow form, please use care when inserting your pillow
into
the cover.  The best way to to insert one corner at a time . All zippers are checked before listing and shipping the item. Thank you for understanding!
