    I believe (in my opinion) that this has the obverse mintmarks of Trefoil over Tower (which you can assess for yourself as well). It is clearly the fifth bust, and the merlons in top of the tower mintmark appear clear to me, as well as the tower foundation. What may be more subjective is weather or not the Trefoil mintmark is truly over the tower mintmark (which I clearly think it is). I have rarely seen tower mintmark shillings for sale.
