    Bulb, fan and lens work fine. Slide changing mechanism opens with the remote, but apparently needs lubrication to inject the new slide. No scratches on the lens.Bulb works as you can see in the photos, but I cannot guarantee it will survive shipping as there is no way to protect the filament.eb-339
