Vintage Mariannhill Fathers cover with Lady of Fatima

Vintage, very interesting item. Plastic billfold style pray guide holder.
Outside of holder says "If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace." along with Mariannhill Fathers with PO Box 87 Detroit 31, Michigan. Inside is picture of Lady of Fatima as well as a medal/charm, with 6 dates of The Apparitions in Portugal from May 13 1917 to Oct. 1917.
Measures approx. 4 3/8" x 2 3/4".  In excellent condition.
Stored in a non-smoking environment.
