Vintage WOOD & SILVER Conductors WAND BATON (hey Harry Potter Fans) 23” Tortoise

This was part of my grandmas estate. She was born in 1912.
When she passed in the early 90s my mom took her entire estate and put it into storage. My mom is now going through the items and passing some on through eBay.
We know nothing about this piece other than it was grammas and she had it when my dad was young.
It appears to be sterling silver as the end has tarnished.
I asked if it was a Harry Potter wand...would be an amazing replica for the hard core potter fans, but it is indeed an antique vintage conductors wand.
