Description

Vintage rare coat-of-arms crest with oak shield for the Scottish Earl of Airlie, Clan OGILVY (Ogilvie) with a family surname which I believes says “Waite?” displayed on the bottom. I could not find any reference to the Waite surname online and it doesn’t seem to be listed as an official sept to the Ogilvy clan but I could be mistaken. This item was made in Scotland by M. W. Stephens of Heraldic Woodcarvers, and is in excellent pre-owned condition with only minimal shelf wear. Size of this plaque is approximately 7-1/2 inches x 6-3/4 inches.
